Natasha Waite has a proven ability in executing a wide-range of responsibilities as an executive assistant, including over 5 years experience as the executive assistant of a multimillion dollar incorporation company.  She has a unique background as being a single person human resources dept, including developing and putting into practice a prescreening program for hiring new employees, hiring, and training of employees, ensuring that each employee could perform required tasks, including fulfilling the corporate guidelines for customer service and clearly understood the owner’s vision and objectives.

She has an extensive background in incorporation services and has assisted in the set up and compliance requirements of over 5000 small businesses, nationwide.

She has researched and developed the order forms, growth products, and expansion methods for the company.  Also researching and co-developed programs to assist the small business at an affordable cost.

She has honed her customer service skills responding to clients via telephone and email communications.  She had built a rapport with the international clientele reassuring them of the company’s professionalism, integrity and sincerity with complete answers to their questions or concerns.  She was also the primary when it came to conflict resolution for the company, finding win-win solutions that built customer loyalty.
